BJP leader shocking rally cry: ‘Vote Modi to destroy Muslims, shave them, and force conversions’

Barabanki, India: Ranjeet Bahadur Srivastava, a leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), sparked controversy on Thursday with remarks urging voters to support Prime Minister Narendra Modi if they wish to diminish the Muslim community.

Addressing a gathering in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, Srivastava stated, “In the past five years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made attempts to break the morale of the Muslims.”

“Vote for PM Modi if you want to destroy the breed of Muslims,” he added. “Despite partition, the Muslim population is increasing in the country, and soon they will able to get a grip on the power through voting.”

Srivastava went on to say, “After the Lok Sabha elections, the party will bring machines from China to shave 10-12 thousand Muslims and later will force them to adopt the Hindu religion.”

He warned of consequences if people do not vote for the BJP in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections.

The voting for the second phase of the Lok Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh concluded with a turnout of 67.55 per cent on Thursday. The remaining 64 seats will go to polls in the next five phases of elections. Moreover, the counting of votes is scheduled for May 23.
