Karsaz accident: Natasha Danish allegedly flees to Dubai after payout

The investigation into the Karsaz Road accident, which claimed the lives of a father and daughter, has taken a dramatic turn as unconfirmed reports suggest that the suspect, Natasha, has fled to Dubai.

The development follows her judicial remand after being accused of driving the luxury SUV that fatally struck 26-year-old Aamna Arif and her 60-year-old father, Imran Arif.

Social media has been abuzz with speculation regarding Natasha’s escape, raising concerns about the enforcement of justice in the case. These rumors, though yet to be verified, have sparked widespread public outcry, particularly given that the suspect had been in police custody.

Adding complexity to the case is Natasha’s reported defense, which centers on her mental health. According to statements from her husband, Natasha was under medication for mental stress at the time of the incident.

Authorities continue to investigate her medical background. Police have already collected blood and urine samples for analysis as part of their inquiry.

The incident, which occurred near the Pakistan Maritime Museum, involved Natasha’s SUV colliding with multiple vehicles, resulting in the deaths of the father-daughter duo.

The First Information Report (FIR), lodged by the victims’ family, charges Natasha with culpable homicide, negligence, and rash driving.

Public anger has been further fueled by reports that substantial compensation payments were made to the victims’ families, although these claims have not been confirmed. Meanwhile, the bodies of Aamna and Imran Arif remain at the Edhi mortuary, with funeral prayers scheduled after Asr.
