Areej Chaudhary exposes pressure to use drugs in showbiz

Areej Chaudhary, known for her role as Natasha in Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum, discussed the prevalence of drug use in the entertainment industry during her recent appearance on Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast.

During the episode, Areej revealed that many individuals turn to substances to fit in socially. She recounted her own experiences at events where attendees were pressured to partake in drugs.

“I have been in situations where it was made clear that you cannot even sit with the group unless you indulge in drugs,” she stated. “I chose to walk away instead.”

Areej Chaudhary firmly expressed her commitment to never succumbing to such pressures.

Additionally, she addressed the topic of intimate scenes, stating that she would be open to performing an on-screen kiss if it served the narrative of a project.
