During her vacation in the United States, Shah took to Instagram Stories to share her thoughts, unapologetically defending her right to dress as she pleases.
“Being a Pakistani with a unique fashion sense seems to cause issues, but honestly, is that my problem?” she wrote, dismissing critics who have been vocal about her style.
In a bold response to negative comments, Alizeh added, “I AM A PUBLIC FIGURE, not PUBLIC PROPERTY, so keep your lame opinions to yourself!”
She also took a swipe at her detractors, saying, “Pity for the haters… obsessed with hating me just because you were not loved enough?”
With a following of over 4.3 million on Instagram, Alizeh Shah regularly shares glimpses of her life and career, standing firm against criticism over her “modernized” look.
